Return & Refund Policy

At Arctic Glide, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you received the product, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws.

Conditions for return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Returns must be requested within 14 days

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace or refund the item.
